Dental insurance

Centre Dentaire St-Joseph offers treatments that meet your true dental health needs, whether you are insured or not. Your insurance is surely an advantage, but insurers do not make your needs their priority and are not required, by professional orders, to ensure that you maintain good dental health.

We can send electronically your dental insurance forms for free. In most cases, we have an immediate response of the amount that is awarded for your dental treatments. You only have to pay the deductible and your co-insurance (the percentage representing the portion that is not covered by your insurance, usually it is 20%).

Insurance forms that can not be sent over the internet are filled out free of charge and will be delivered to you by hand. It is your responsibility to forward the insurance claim forms and pay the dentist’s fees. The treatment plan or estimate for the different treatments are also filled out free of charge.

We would like to remind you that your insurance coverage is governed by the agreement between your employer and the insurance company. It is illegal to overcharge your insurance or not to claim the balance from you. It is therefore your responsibility to be informed about your coverage and your annual maximum entitlements.
