Appointment Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

We ask you to read carefully the information below, concerning the follow-up of your appointments. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

  • We ask you to respect your appointments.
  • When we set your appointments, we consider them confirmed. It is then your duty to put this one in your schedule.
  • For cancellations with less than 2 business days notice, you will be charged $ 15.00 per 15-minute period.
  • For any missed appointment, an amount of $ 15.00 per 15-minute period for treatment will be charged.
  • Payments must be made at each visit, by: Visa, MasterCard, Direct Payment (Debit) or Cash.
  • If fees have been applied to your file for not respecting the appointment; you must pay these fees before another appointment is granted.
  • After 3 absences without notice, we reserve the right to close your file.
